Publishing our own articles (drafts → live) is a site rebuild: edit the article file, then build + deploy — one command; ask the Composer.

Ticker show the headline crawl on the homepage

Cap label The red block pinned on the left. Narrow screens always show ● LIVE regardless.

Scroll speed Pixels per second on desktop. 80 is the tested default; lower reads calmer, higher more urgent. Mobile runs ~25 px/s slower automatically.

Fresh-item flag Tag on items under 30 minutes old. "Breaking" on aggregated wire headlines risks overclaim — use sparingly.

Behavior stick to the top of the page as it scrolls (default: scrolls away with the page)

Ticker settings ride the wire feed and take effect within ~5 minutes (edge cache); the homepage repaints them on load.
